Push-pull 6F6S (6F6) Tube Amplifier with EÐ¡Ð¡82 input

Push-pull 6F6S (6F6) amplifier. The input stage is an EÐ¡Ð¡82 with a large anode. The amplifier has been built into an old HP 5.25" floppy drive (fantastic steel!!!).

The input stage is made by Williamson, after the phase shifter with a split load and paper-in-oil capacitors. Displacement of the output stage is automatic, inclusion of a pure pentode. The amplifier operates in pure class-A. The output stage can be used with 6P6S and 6V6 tubes without any changes. There is no feedback used in this amp. The cathode resistor of preamp halves EÐ¡Ð¡82 are NOT capacitor shunted. The input connectors are Amphenol BNC and the output contacts are from an old laboratory equipment HP.
