NP-100v12: 12AU7 / IRF510 Single Tube Headphone Amp

Here's my version of the NP-100v12: 12AU7 / IRF510 Single Tube Headphone Amp, with it's companion regulator, running from an orphaned laptop power pack.

I added a simple headphone output delay during tube warmup, essentially a clone of the e12 delay from Millet Max: http://www.diyforums.org/MAX/MAXe12.php

The regulator side-kick is simply 3 50V, 1000uf capacitors before an LM317M regulator, also cobbled from the Millet Max (but without the need for the bridge diodes): http://www.diyforums.org/MAX/MAXps.php. Works swell and no noise. Audio is incredible.
