“Paris” – 6EM7 Dual Mono Integrated Amplifier

What started as a forum thread discussion (6EM7 power amp) ended in the construction of a 6EM7 (Sylvania tube) integrated triode amplifier. I used dual mono construction with two power transformers, two 5Y3 rectifier tubes and two separate power filter stages but with a shared single stage preamp. There is a single EMI/RFI power filter feeding both power supplies. Two chokes and two 15W Edcor audio output transformers are in the base of the enclosure. An Alps blue velvet pot after the preamp stage (4S Universal) controls volume to the power amp section. The colour is Sungold and the base Mirbue. The amp has a very detailed mid-range and produces about 2W.
