1930s style singled-ended pentode
|
This is a new amplifier I designed and built using mostly salvaged parts from British electronics of the 1930s and 40s. The valves are all British 4V types, AC/SP3 driver and N41 pentode output. The power supply uses an MU14 rectifier. The loudspeaker is a 1930s energized type - so it also acts as a smoothing filter.
