Hi, Somehow I missed this thread earlier. I have seen that sort of application. Usually it is to prevent oscillation at RF frequencies. Generally right at the anode terminal. Often you see this in transmitters. The low values in the MC30 have no effect at audio frequencies. About 1000 times that much might start to be obvious. But since the output transformer has inductance in henrys it will totally swamp the little guys.
