Hi,

I just stumbled on this being interested in tubes I had a look.
I thought this was interesting (I have no connection)
I do like the D100 tube but its out of my league :D

I thought the part about rooms of old cinema gear walled up was strange.

Hi,

I found the research side interesting in this clip.
Again I have no connection, but I find it interesting from a DIY point of view.

Eye candy

I tend to look past the eye candy bit, it worked in the 70's and 80's but now its not so unusual to me.

However I do get very interested in the types of circuit boards being used and also the way they build and hand wire.
The wood type in the boards is interesting, and the ideas applied during the build.
Component type and placement is another.
The ideas of scanning a tube that was dug up in the cretaceous period alongside a tyrannosaurus rex leg bone where only one remains in existence and do analysis of structure and metal types then creating drawings and putting in a sizable amount of money to have a chinese factory re=make and build them so they can be used again<<I find it fascinating.
It was discussed in the first clip during a casual coffee break. :D

If you missed it here is a time stamp:

What the future is with global warming and high current /power who knows, but it is still interesting to see.
