Prada OPA627 Preamplifier

Using my daughter's Prada phone box (heavy cardboard) I fashioned this preamplifier around the Bur Brown (high performance) OPA627AP opamp ($AU50). It is a single stage preamp and powered by four lithium 9V batteries for a PS of 18V.

The black knob is solid brass and the attenuator is an Alps Blue Velvet. Gold RCA jacks, silver wire and WBT silver solder are used throughout.
