10 Jul 2009: All transformers have been shipped.

Dan in Australia has agreed to purchase and ship out the Altronics M0706 - 10k:10k Shielded Transformer. The transformer can be used as the phase splitter for the Millett UniAmp.

Here are the specifications for the Altronics M0706 - 10k:10k Shielded Bridge Transformer
Used for coupling audio circuits. These transformers help prevent earth loops, hum etc. Essential coupling device where DC isolating is required. Housed in a mu-metal can to guard against stray hum fields.

Specifications
Impedance: 10k Ohm CT / 10k Ohm
Freq. Response: 30Hz - 20kHz
Insertion Loss: 1dB
Max Level: +10dBm
Weight: 26g

Dan has used this transformer in the UniAmp and it works well.

Estimated cost will be about $30US per pair + shipping from AU and payment via PayPal.

Dan,

If my monoblocks look half that good I'll be happy.

Later, Greg

OK, we have enough people for the maximum discount and seeing that the Edcor iron is under production, I think we will wrap this up.

Dan will be doing the group buy and I will collect all the info and get it to Dan. The first post has the status for each person in the group buy. The first thing we will need is an email address linked to a PayPal account and your shipping address. With that Dan will calculate shipping costs and send you a PayPal invoice. Costs will be acutal costs + shipping + PayPal fee. Please PM your contact details to me through the forum or you can email the details to me at the address shown in the site banner at the top of the page.

Cheers, Gio

The group buy is now closed. Contact and PP info is being forwarded to Dan and you should hear something shortly.

Cheers, Gio
