I just realised the amp is in the kitchen with small speakers, is that there just for music in kitchen, specail?

No I have three systems throughout the house. What you see is just my temp test setup for when testing any new devices. A very old portable CD player and some small modded Tandy metal speakers.

My kitchen family area system is much, much better with tube power amp and 12” Beyma concentrics.
