What's the maximum voltage supply ?
Can this handle 21 volt instead of 18?

The filamen use 3V, can i use 4,2v ?
What is the maximum volt ?

I have stayed with the OPA2134 and not tried others.

I have a couple of Burson V5i-D OPAMPs and tried one in a K272C. It sounded excellent, very pleased. The OPAMPs as far as I can gather are about AU$90. The sound is worth it.

For those following the Oatley HP path some interesting news. Oatley are more than toying with the idea of a fully blown, big boy tube headphone amp. The real exciting part is the unit will have not only a two stage tube amp section but proper and high performaces OPTs. And the OPTs have both a low and high output impedance taps. The tubes are NOS GE 6J6.

I'm assuming with two twin triode tubes per channel; preamp, phase spliter then push pull. The PS, including power tranni, is included and can be snapped off the printed cct. brd. or remain as one brd.

I have a prototype which I was asked to comment on. The issues I had with it has been solved by Oatley. Not sure if they are talking production of whole and complete units or kits. Not sure which way it will go but when I know I'll post it here. They have talked of both paths.

I'll start a new thread when I have made the mods to my prototype and post some early comments.

Is this directed at something I have posted? If so I don't get it.
