Here you go.
Opened in photoshop. Resized pic. Ctrl/Alt/Shift/S to save for web. Chose JPG Medium quality. Easy ;)
Picasa works well. What I do in Picasa is just select the pics for upload to a web album. Then I save them from the web album to desktop and upload to our forum. Its an easy way to quickly edit and post pics. For just one pic sometimes a different program is quicker. Anywho, here it is. And its a monster. That thing is beautiful AND huge.

No problem. If you have trouble getting a preamp that looks like it fits sitting next to your rather large amp I might be able to lend a hand :)
