Post subject:  Scratch building tube amplifier from Marshall schematic

Hello, my first post here. I am interested in building amplifiers and I'm about to start with my first build. As obvious from the topic the amplifier I'm trying to replicate is the Marshall SL-5. I've got the schematic online and the only problem I'm having till now is understanding how the thing is wired because the schematic shows the wires after the primary transformer labelled with codes (e.g. CN18A), where do these wires reconnect? After observing schematics that Ceriatone provides I've learnt that a wire labelled, say, S12 reconnects to a wire S12 somewhere else in the circuit. But this is not the case in the Marshall's schematic. Someone please explain. Thanks.

Hi, There are almost surely other versions of the schematic out there. I would do a search for them. This one is clearly based on the connectors on the circuit boards of a commercial product and without that board would be difficult for a first build.

Good listening
