Hi
I want to DIY 2A3/6A3 preamp
I want to know my schematic is work or not
Attached the schematics of power amp and preamp
Please give some suggestions to me

Well, it looks more like a power amp than a preamp. The bias also seems off. The power stage is very close to cutoff so the distortion will be VERY high at any appreciable drive level. I also question the 5KΩ shunt across the power section driver. Is there a reason for this?

In short, I think the design has problems. Maybe if you told us what kind of an amplifier it is for which you are looking, and some of your requirements, then we could provide more guidance.

Just for reference, here is a load line design for a 2A3 amp I did several years ago. You can use this for reference in your design work.

When choosing your bias points it's important to ensure you have good plate voltage swing in both directions. Look at the load line and use it for guidance.
