Hello all,

I've been working on a KT88 SE for some time now. I've taken a long break from it and now coming back. This is modeled after the one in this write up (http://diyaudioprojects.com/Tubes/KT88/).

For the sake of neatness and an organized, logical layout I'm inclined to run the 5VAC and 360VAC lines side by side and very close to each other. Because both of these lines would be in close proximity to one another before all the filtering and rectification I'm thinking this shouldn't be a problem but I thought to get someone else' expert opinion.

Thank you,

Hi, I would not expect it to be a problem. AC carrying wires though should be twisted together (360 with 360 and 5 with 5) to minimize radiating hum into other circuits. They also should be as short as is reasonable.

Good listening
Bruce
