ST-35 Dynakit I'm building one. I've only order the matching quadruplet of EL84's. In the midst of browsing the web I came across this class called "Magic Eye" tubes. Is there any one of those you can find that is the equivalent of the ECC832/12DW7/7247?

Hi, You have me confused. :? Eye tubes are readily available but a 12DW7 isn't one of them. It is a dual triode used as a voltage amplifier and on occasion driver / phase splitter. If you google eye tubes there are many links. For those out there that have never seen one there are several types. round displays, linear displays and some with multiple displays. They were often used in radios as tuning indicators and in tape recorders as level indicators. Many have a built in triode for amplifying the signal before sending it to the display (generally called a target).

If I missed what you had in mind, try your question in a different way.

Good listening
Bruce
