I had a choke loaded 6SN7 with over 350V on the plate, so your SRPP at 600 will be fine, just watch your heater to cathode ratings.

I imagine a choke loaded tube would swing a lot higher than B+, so yeah, that being the case it sounds like I'll be OK. I have the heater-cathode voltage problem licked. GDTs (gas discharge tubes) will clamp the heater cathode voltages at startup and the heaters will be biased appropriately.
