No cats no dogs no snakes no lizars no guinea pigs no ferrets no birds in our place.
Though I keep a tame Lepisma saccharina ...

Now I should go and start cutting holes for tubes. I got another 2 days to wait for the filter caps. Until then I got the tubes in place. Have to wait on the 25 ohm potis anyway. I am not in a hurry.

Hi Gio,

6NO30s is the thermal delay tube called. I started to cut holes, have Rebecca help me and hold the case, goes good, by time I go to bed my amp will hold 4 KT88 and 2 pre tubes. Yes, Gio, it is all your fault, making that sort of advertisement for this amp, I gotta have one, too. :D

hi Ben, take a look at Bruce's original KT88 OddWatt which used that delay tube: DIY 12SL7 SRPP / KT88 Push-Pull Tube Amplifier.

Hallo everybody,

I( got all the holes in my Hammond enclosure without scratching it up. Good. I am getting better at that, too, I suppose. No I will start to wire that beast. Slowly. Here are the first pictured of my ultimate tube amp, well that is what it is to me.
