Here in Portugal, things are heating-up very quickly.

No jobs, high tax and house rents, fuel. There are lots of families ruined and starving... :(

Strikes, violence, fights and fires!

Soon i´ll have to leave this country like many others...

I still have a fixed job without sallary payment issues, but not enough money to have a reasonable life anymore.

I can hardly buy extra goods or go on vacations...

Lucky me I have a Canadian passport. How are things over there?

Hi Miguel,

Western Canada = rockin! (what recession?)
Eastern Canada = Now knows what it was like in western Canada before the oil boom.
Maritimes = Retirement community.
(dodges tomatoes)

That about sums it ;)

Good, but November is supposed to bring Canadian cold fronts and Hockey. Well, the cold fronts have arrived, but there is no hockey due to an NHL labor dispute. That will make for a long cold winter :cold: but big octal tube amps :hot: and red wine :wine: can make it quiet enjoyable. ;)

Cheers
