That will work just fine. You could also run another preamp off it.

As I was looking on Digikey, I found some polypropelyne and polyester caps like gio suggested, but the .001 uF caps, of which I need 8, were about $20 a piece, and the 220 + uF caps for the voltage regulator were a princely sum of $250 a piece. I figure I am ethier I am looking in the wrong place, or I need a different kind of caps. Are ceramic ones ok.

Hey Alex, for the 220uF you will want to use electrolytic. What country are you in?
