Hi Guys,
At least this time i don't have a question or anything but i guess i have too much time on my hands
after a long day in my workshop with a total pain in every joint and muscle :(
After a warm shower and a good dinner i finished my input selector and of course i noticed a thing
in form of 4 LED's that's jumping around when you turn the selector switch "real quite" ;)
with this kit you get a 12" ribbon cable between switch and board just to keep the signals short and
recommended location is at back of amp and of course switch on front  ok no problem,
If switch in front and board at back how in the H**L are you supposed to see those diodes ?
LOL i'll guess i fell of the bus to logic land ,
Well i don't have any problem with it thou i gonna have blue diodes with a nice cable to them and
then at least i have my board in the rear of my amp and indicators in front ,
to quote my self " i just happened to have too much time laying around "
might as well better to post a pic on it,

Image

Regards,
Kjell.

Cool,

nearly the same way like on the "Bax preamp"... (still not ready :bawling: )

Kjell, could you take a very clear shot from the backside?? With the input to the left side... And if possible - with some light under the board (maglite or something else) to get a "view trough"? I've got any idea...

Tweaked this a little bit so tracers came up a bit more and the small cap visible is my own "snubber"

Kjell.

Hi Geek,
always fun to scope around the bay for gadgets :P
what i looking for now without sucess is a small amp like LM1875 size with a tone control on board
for a few small projects like multimedia amp and other gadget projects.
If you find or see anything in size 2x10-25W with incorporate tone control please let me know,
with "anything" means pcb - drawing - schematic, well" you get the picture,
Regards,
Kjell.

Hi guys,

i had a little bit time today and i've played around with the board...

That's the result:
Attachment:
Inputselector.GIF
One channel with one relay is shown on this image. It shouldn't be too hard to add some more relays. The connections are the same like on the first pin of the rotary switch. Just add the same to the other switch pins. Each switch pin has his own resistor and transistor. The relays are supplied from the 7812 after the C1 (all in parallel). The 4148, 4k7 and low current leds are the same for all relays... RCAs are for 1 channel (L+R). The transistor could be a 2N5551, BC337, BC107, BC550 or any other NPN with at least ~100mA...

Hope that helps ;-)
