From the auction description, the crossover is for Peerless SKO165 & SR19DT/LSQ19 drivers, so I doubt it would work well.

If you want to try something from this specific eBay seller, perhaps try one of the driver and crossover kits being offered. There are recommended enclosure sizes and this approach will have more of a chance for success than mixing and matching drivers, crossovers and enclosures.

hi gio.
i don't want to use the drivers in the two kits, and also i want 'screw terminals' for more flexible wiring options.
and i don't want items specifically for this seller, i just cant find any other online shops that sell speaker drivers and crossovers in the uk, would you know any ?
what i want in my speakers are flexibility in wiring (screw terminals), good bass, and decent quality in sound. but they do not have to be too powerful, i will be buying a new receiver so i will buy a receiver which has the same impedance rating as the speaker require...
im sorry but this is my first time for diy speakers so i need quite abit of help.

Conrad has basic kits. You can buy seperate terminal cups - http://www.conrad-uk.com/ce/en/overview ... eaker-kits

A search for "diy speaker kits uk" will show a number of high end speaker kits available in the UK, some are quite pricey but these are all premium drivers and parts.

What budget are you working with?

Cheers

well price isn't an issue with me because if something is too expensive but i like i can always wait a while and save up to buy it. i was kind of looking at what the closest 'off the shelf' alternative would be and aim for my projects to be cheaper than that ... again. i dont need audiophile equipment i was a good sounding system. deep bass, flexibility (i will be getting a receiver to match the speakers not vice versa) and just overall SQ for accasional movies, music and ps3
