Hi Guys,

Just a heads up. Martin J. King has added a new Open Baffle speaker project to his website. This project uses a Jordan JX92S full range driver mounted on an OB with a Goldwood GW-1858 woofer mounted in an H frame.

As always, Martin's projects are well documented and very informative. See his project writeup for full details.

The guy is just so impressive. The way he scientifically and systematically plans and documents his theories and builds is perfect. You can feel that if you follow his directions exactly that if there is a problem it should be easy to identify since everything is so well documented.
Thanks for the link
Ri

Yes, Martin's projects and articles are always very educational. I have the old version of his worksheets and they are very good. Apparently he has made many improvements. If I can get to it before winter sets in I'd like to try a double reflex enclosure using his new worksheets.

I got the chance to listen to an OB system designed using his worksheets and I must say it sounded fantastic. If I had the space, I would go to an OB system.

Just a heads up, Martin has updated the Jordan JX92S OB / 18" Goldwood GW-1858 H frame project. The update shows some correlations between in room measurements and his MathCad worksheets.

Always a good read. :geek:
