This is a stereo amplifier that uses the TDA7294 IC. The TDA7294 chip is a 100W chip with a DMOS power stage. The datasheet for the TDA7294 is attached.

The boards were purchased from eBay, and come with all the parts minus the TDA7294 IC which we sourced from digikey. The aluminum amplifier chassis with heatsink is also from eBay as are the rhodium plated RCA plugs. Originally I was going to build the amp with a LM3875 module (eBay) so I dropped the parts off at a friends, Walter of SAR Labs as he was going to tap the heat sinks and mount the boards for me as I didn't want to chance wrecking the enclosure. To my surprise Walter put the whole amplifier together, but with the TDA7294 modules which Water insisted are much better than the LM3875. A photo of the amp insides:

The input potentiometer is a Alps blue velvet. What I really like about these modules is that they have output protection circuitry that will switch off the output with a relay. So unlike a minimalist chipamp, there is no concern of turn on pop, turn off thump or DC on the output. DC offset was 0.01V. The amp is dead quiet.
I haven't done critical listening, but the so far the amp sounds clean and crisp like most well implemented chip amps.
