Hi, first post and hoping somebody may be able to help.
I am at desperation level 10!

I own a GT8000 Orla organ on which the dual voltage control low noise amp chip has failed.

The numbers on the chip are
PA 381
0422 E26

It has 4 legs each side, but other than that I am clueless about it.

Having failed to find any reference to it, possibly due to its age, I wonder is it possible to substitute a comparable chip. I am able to remove and solder another into place.

I would be grateful for any help or advice.

Thank you.
