Not every one is a audipophile and understands that a power amp without any volume control means luxruious and high quality good sound.

Beautiful build!
It looks like this amp (the T4) does not have a volume pot - it that correct? Can it therefore only be used with a preamp?
You suggested a Nelson Pass BoZ single JFET preamp (under another topic) for my T1 amp. Would the BoZ be a good option for any of the HiFiMeDIY T-amps then? If so, can one then build the BoZ and the T1 (without a volume pot) into one enclosure to accept line input sources like a DAC, iPod or Cell Phone?
Sorry for all the questions.

Yes this is a power amp only. Funny though two of these I sold to one guy he brought them back and had me add attenuators. I used 24 step step attenuators. One I did make initially with attenuator also sold to someone who didn't want to use a preamp.
I use a two stage tube preamp with three selectable inputs. Because it is two stage it can work into higher loads and I use it to drive my latest T4. I would recommend you build an integrated amp with preamp, volume control and a few selectable inputs in the one encloser. Good way to go. If you keep preamp and power amp seperate you can mix and match. I have a few SS and tube preamps so I can try diffent combinations. But I have also thought about an intergrated.
