Hey there!
I have finnished to build a pair ofLoudspeaker, desinged by Troels, and got as a present two Denon Poa 4400...
They have seen better days!
What are the most importent parts to replace?? a new Mundorf Caps? new resistors? Will it transform this two "entry level" little monoblocks into Hi-fi heaven? :D

Will apriciate any comment, idea and thoughts!

I'd say that a general rule is - If it isn't broken, don't repair it.

Can you somewhere spot some obvious faults like hum, noise, scratches when turning a ob here or there? If you can, concentrate on fixing this.

If the amp is old and have been running under bad (hot) conditions the PSU caps may have dried out a little and let through some ripple. Else I cannot see that any swapping of good standard components to (overrated and overpriced) HiFi components will do much difference, maybe even on the contrary ruin something.

Much of the quality (HiFi or HiEnd) is depending on the construction of the amplifying ciruitry. Choice of components are just ppm (parts per million) when it comes to tonal qualities.
