Does anyone know of a screw mounted spring clip that attaches to the heatsink, via the hole in the lm3886, with the spring portion extending over the thicker body to apply pressure to keep the chip in contact with the heatsink?

I should have been more specific. The chip is the lm3886tf. I did find two screw mount spring clips for TO-220 chips but they are quite long and would require modification or a second tapped hole in the heatsink about 3/8" above the existing tapped heatsink hole.

The chip is already soldered to a pcb and screwed to a heatsink. I would prefer a screw mount spring clip that would mount via the hole in the lm3886tf and existing tapped heatsink hole.

Thanks,
henrylr
